We’re easy to find – right in the heart of Scotland

Pitlochry is considered the geographical centre of Scotland, which means it’s easy to reach us… wherever your journey starts.

By car:

Pitlochry is just off the A9, Scotland’s main north/south thoroughfare and just 1hr 40mins drive from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Inverness. Click on the link for a detailed map or enter PH16 5DR in your satnav. Always plan ahead and check Traffic Scotland for current travel conditions.

Parking is free, with over 250 spaces available plus an overflow car park and disabled parking spaces are available by the main entrance. For bigger parties, we have a coach drop off and pick up space.

By train:

Take a leisurely journey through the Scottish countryside. Trains from all the major cities stop regularly at Pitlochry Station and our Theatre is just a short walk away. For train times and prices that are updated in real-time, visit Trainline.

There is also the Caledonian Sleeper overnight train direct from London Euston to Blair Atholl (a short drive to Pitlochry).

By bus:

Ember, Megabus, Stagecoach and Flixbus all offer services to Pitlochry from destinations across Scotland. Ember also offer a late service.

By plane:

The closest major airports to Pitlochry are Glasgow and Edinburgh, with Inverness airport in the north.

Walking from Pitlochry Station or Bus Stops:

Walking to the theatre is very simple and takes approximately 14 minutes.
