EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join us as our new Artistic Director’s Executive Assistant.
This role is unique, challenging and exciting:
- The successful candidate will be the Artistic Director’s permanent presence in Pitlochry and the majority of your time will need to be on site.
- You will have to be comfortable with a role where no day is ever the same. The Artistic Director has broad responsibilities and travels a lot so you will have to manage workload across time zones and across many topics and stakeholders.
- You will be the glue that holds the creative team together for the Artistic Director. You should have experience with communicating, co-ordinating, negotiating and planning with all levels of people both within the organisation and outside.
- A passion for theatre, arts and culture would be a distinct advantage.
Where you have gained your previous experience, and your qualifications, aren’t a priority but you should be able to demonstrate at every stage of the recruitment process that you can communicate well, and are discreet, professional, organised and tenacious.
