Fun in the Sun to the Call of Nature

Tenterhooks, an outdoor, interactive, wild play company for children, arrive at Pitlochry Festival Theatre on this sunny weekend, Sunday 1 July at 11.30am, 2pm and 3.30pm, continuing a summer of events especially for children and families, with Call of Nature – a muddy comedy mystery for children aged 5-8. And their grown-up assistants!

Call of Nature is a playful performance that puts its young audience in the driving seat and responds to their decisions using character clowning, improvisation, puppetry and adventure. Bring along your young ‘Eggsperts’ to join in a TOP SECRET Field trip and explore the local landscape in search of a rare egg!

Is it from a tap-dancing squirrel? Or perhaps a parachuting penguin? Or maybe the world-famous, Opera Singing Pheasant? In this one-hour, mini field trip, children and their grown-ups will find laughter and wonder in the most unexpected places! Come exploring and hunt the egg in our unique and beautiful setting. Your adventure-show takes place outdoors – it looks set for a sunny weekend, but always good to prepare for the unexpected!
