The Rocket Man set to land at Pitlochry

The Rocket Man comes into land on Pitlochry Festival Theatre’s stage on Thursday, 28 March, 7.30pm in a power-packed, hit-filled tribute to the legend that is Sir Elton John.

Ahead of the highly anticipated biopic Rocketman, due to release in just a few weeks, you can experience the very best of Sir Elton’s lyrical ballads and stomping songs, live. With extravagant costumes, dazzling lights, stunning vocals, outstanding band and sensational piano solos, this show has it all! World-renowned artist, Jimmy Love, presents uncanny vocal skills that go way beyond impersonation, and loved by audiences as comparable to the ‘real deal!’

Jimmy Love’s thoroughly authentic portrayal of Sir Elton John is the result of over 25 years in the entertainment industry. Regarded and respected as a vocalist since 1993, he quickly became regarded as one of the best impersonators in the world today. Jimmy studied acting since the age of 16 to be able to give a fully authentic portrayal of the great Sir Elton.

Flamboyantly realistic, Jimmy’s interpretation of Sir Elton John follows the musical journey down the Yellow Brick Road of the chart-topping and multi-Grammy award-winning icon and superstar in some of the world’s best-loved music such as Your Song, Crocodile Rock, I’m Still Standing, Are You Ready For Love, I Guess That’s Why They Call It The Blues and of course Rocket Man.
