Plant Sales

Not only are we redeveloping our outstanding Garden, but we’ve also been nurturing seedlings and cuttings to share with you, so you can take a piece of the Explorers Garden home to your own special outdoor space. In addition we’ve sourced the best suppliers to provide us with hand-picked quality plants for you to buy.

Plants are on sale outside the Theatre, including herbaceous, alpine, rare and your every day garden favourites. And of course we can’t forget the overall favourites, our big blue poppies of which we have three varieties on offer – Meconopsis Lingholm, Baileyi and Baileyi Alba.

We have been delighted by the response to the plant sales.

Look out for Garden Manager Caroline Bavey who will be delighted to offer advice on the best plants for your garden and how to care for them.

You can come for a browse and chat with Caroline and, while you’re here, pop in to the Theatre’s Café to enjoy a drink and a snack.

Our plant stall is open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday.

Proceeds from the sales go back in to help the regeneration of our Explorers Garden.
