Covid Precautions

We’re looking forward to welcoming you back for our 2022 summer season.

The safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers are our top priority, and we have measures in place as part of our operational procedure to protect anyone on our site during the COVID pandemic.

We are working within guidance and legislation as set out by the Scottish Government for the Theatre and Events sectors in Scotland, as well as industry standards being set out by the Federation of Scottish Theatre (FST), ABTT and UK Theatre.

Please find below our current COVID measures:
Our processes are subject to change to respond to updates in National and Local guidance and regulations.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
We will adhere to current Scottish Government Legislation regarding social distancing.  While currently there is no measurable distance as an advisement, we will ensure there is enough space for those who attend.

CONTACTLESS TICKETS
We are not issuing any physical tickets from our Box Office.

  • Tickets will either be printable at home, or can be displayed on a mobile device.
  • Our Events staff will be able to check your ticket on arrival.

SIGNAGE is in place around the campus to help you navigate easily and quickly.

CHECK IN with NHS Scotland’s Test and Protect app.
Our unique QR code will be on display at arrival points. We will ask you to scan and register your attendance at our site.

SANITISER stations will be located at arrival points and at key areas across the campus.
Please sanitise your hands upon entry and as required during your visit

CLEANING is carried out on a regular basis throughout the day.
Our staff will sanitise touch points and toilet facilities, and amphitheatre seating will be fully sanitised between performances.

EVENTS STAFF will be on hand to help you during your visit.
They are easily identified by their green vests. Please contact them should you need assistance.

If you, or anyone in your household or support bubble is feeling unwell or has displayed any symptoms of Covid-19 in the 10 days prior to your visit, please stay at home and follow government guidelines. Our box office team will happily assist you in changing your visit.
