Everyone’s welcome at our Theatre for All

We embody and encourage respect, empathy and integrity.

We create and present performances that delight, engage and challenge and work hard to make sure every one of them is accessible to everyone.

From specially designed and less formal performances to a comprehensive range of accessible services and facilities everyone can enjoy being part of our Theatre community.

Access Services

Disabled parking is reserved near the main entrance.

 

D/deaf and Hard Of Hearing

An induction loop is available and personal sound amplifiers can be booked in advance.

We welcome guide dogs, hearing dogs and dogs for the disabled. Let the box office know in advance if you’re bringing your dog.

 

Visually-impaired visitors

We have an audio description service which we provide on specific performances across the season, just notify box office in advance. We can arrange Touch Tours before an Audio Described performance please complete the request form and we’ll be in touch soon.

 

Wheelchair users

We have wheelchair accessible facilities. A courtesy wheelchair can also be booked in advance. We also have four spaces for wheelchair users in the auditorium.

 

Carer companions

If you are a carer companion, we would be pleased to offer you a 25% discount on your ticket.  Please call Box Office on 01796 484626 to book.

Access Performances

We have accessible performances throughout our programme. These include Audio Described Performances, British Sign Language, Captioned Performances and Relaxed and Dementia Friendly Performances.

Auditorium

We have 538 seats in our main Auditorium, our most easily accessed seats from our foyer are those on rows F and G. Our closest seats to the toilets are F1 and G1.
