Sherpas Speaks

A unique insight into the lives of the Sherpa people.
In aid of the Little Sherpa Foundation and Explorers Garden.

Come and spend an afternoon or evening with our guest speakers, Cameron McNeish, Fiona Valpy and James Lamb as they talk us through their connections with the Himalayas.

Included alongside the talks is the groundbreaking documentary about Sherpa Culture, boasting an original soundtrack by Dougie and Jamie Maclean. Film credits go to double Bafta winners Richard Else and Meg Wicks.

We have a unique opportunity to learn about the great works of The Little Sherpa Foundation and how we as the Explorers Garden can reconnect with communities that the Plant Explorers would have visited. We are now able to showcase our meconopsis, Himalayan poppies within the Explorers Garden because of the generosity of Sherpa communities.
